WELCOME TO STOR-OSLO EIENDOM

The Stor-Oslo Eiendom includes Stor-Oslo Management AS, Stor-Oslo Prosjekt AS and Stor-Oslo Invest AS. Together, these enterprises can offer a complete range of services to investors who already have or who are looking for property development projects. Stor-Oslo Eiendom aims to co-invest in projects with an ownership stake of between 5 and 20 per cent, depending on the volume of the project.

Stor-Oslo Prosjekt was formed by Arild Rygg in 2001. In autumn 2009 the company was re-structured into three business separate units: Stor-Oslo Management AS, Stor-Oslo Prosjekt AS and Stor-Oslo Invest AS. Stor-Oslo Eiendom has since its formation acted as property developer and project manager of a number of residential and commercial projects, primarily in the Oslo area. In total, the company has developed and built more than 1 300 homes and 500 000 sq.m. of commercial property over the last nine years.
